What can I do when I get the "not supported browser" message?
When you open The Store, but instead of opening the website your browser shows a message like the images below, it is possible that the version of the browser you are using is not supported by its manufacturer anymore.
In case your browser is updated to one of the latest versions, follow the instructions below:
- Using the same browser, open this website to confirm its version: http://my-user-agent.com/
- Take a screenshot of the entire webpage (like the image below)
- Send an email to Customer Service, and attach the screenshot.
- Copy the text from “Your user agent” paragraph and paste it (as text) into the email.
