What can I do when I get the "not supported browser" message?
When you open The Store, but instead of opening the website your browser shows a message like the images below, it is possible that the version of the browser you are using is not supported by its manufacturer anymore.
In case your browser is updated to one of the latest versions, follow the instructions below:
- Using the same browser, go to Google and search for "my user agent."
- Take a screenshot of the result you get (like the image below).
- Send an email to Customer Service, and attach the screenshot.
- Copy the text from “Your user agent” paragraph and paste it (as text) into the email.
