Can I register someone else in Keahak from my account?

You can register and pay for someone else in the Keahak program directly from your account. Just remember to use the same email that the person registered with in the Crimson Circle store.

In this case, once you are in the Crimson Circle Store and on the Keahak program page, start the registration process as usual.

After clicking on "Add your Selection", choose "Someone else" from the options: 

The system will open the information fields, which you will need to fill with the other person's data.  

NOTE: Make sure you use the email the other person uses in the Crimson Circle Store.

If the other person is a former Keahaker, the 25% discount for graduates will apply.  In this case, please select the box.  The system will cross-check the information and apply the discount at the end of the purchase.

If the other person's email differs from the one previously used in keahak programs, an error message will be displayed by the system.

Once you finish filling out the other person's information, please click on "Send Notification".  This will send an email (and a notification) to the other person's Store Account, letting them know that they need to sign the Agreement before you can continue with the payment process.

When they sign it, you will get a notification.  Click on "Resume Ticket Purchase" to continue with the registration.

NOTE: You will be able to include both your registration and any other you wish to include in the same order.
