How can I order a product in the Store?

Within the Crimson Circle store, you will find different types of products (Cloud Classes, In-person events, Downloadable products).  This article explains how to purchase Downloadable Products.

NOTE: You need to create an account to order any product from our store (even FREE products).

To purchase them, please follow these instructions:

1. Once you find the product, click "More information," where you will find a detailed description of what the download includes and the available languages it has been translated into (text format only).  If you don't find your language, please wait until it becomes available before purchasing it.

2. On the right side of the product page, you will find all the available translations for that particular product.  Use the country flags to select the language you wish, and click "ADD TO CART."

3. A small window will appear at the upper right of your screen.  Review that all information is correct, and then click on the PROCEED TO CART button, and the system will take you to the Payment Information page.

4. Finish the payment process.
