Why can't I update my credit card?
If you're having issues updating your credit card, here are some troubleshooting actions you can take that may solve the issue:
- Add a new credit card. Even if only the expiration date of your credit card changed, the best way to ensure that everything works correctly, is to add it as a new credit card.
- Make sure the name you use in your credit card and the one on your Crimson Circle store account is the same. The system might reject the new card if these names are different in any way (even a typo would make the system reject it).
- Make sure that your billing address matches the one your bank has on file.
- If you get an error about having too many cards on your profile, send us a note to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com.
