How do I change my email address in the Crimson Circle Store?
If you want to change your email to access the Crimson Circle store, please do not create a new account to change your email address. Instead, sign in with your previous email, go to "My Profile Information" from the menu under your login name, and change it.
NOTE 1 If you are having issues with your multi-factor authentication code and can't get into your account to change your email, please send us a note to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com.
NOTE 2: After you change your email, please send us a note to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com, so we can also change it on our mailing system and you won't miss any communications from us.
Here's how to do it:
Under Account Information, click on the pencil icon.
Once in the Edit account information, click on "Change Email" and then "Continue."
NOTE: If you want to change your password, this is also the place to do it.
Add your new email address and current password and click "Submit."
We will send you a verification code to your new email. Look for it in your inbox, and enter it in the corresponding field. Remember that this code expires after 10 minutes.
