How does the Crimson Circle get in touch with Keahakers?

The Crimson Circle will communicate with Keahakers as a group using the following channels:

Posting in the News tab: Stay updated with our latest recordings and news by clicking the Follow button to receive email notifications. To do so, please activate your notifications settings.

Email messages: We will use the same email you use in your store account to send you additional information about the program. Make sure you whitelist our email addresses: keahak@crimsoncircle.com.

Direct messages to any participant.

Please include the Crimson Circle email address in your safelist to ensure you receive the emails. Safelisting an email address confirms that emails from that specific address reach your Inbox instead of being marked as spam.

You only have to update the safelist in your email. Still, sometimes you will also have to update the safelist in your security program since certain firewalls and intrusion prevention security programs can also interfere (or block) with our emails. This is more likely to affect desktop-based email programs like Outlook, Thunderbird, or AppleMail.

Setting up or disabling your notifications

You can opt-in to receive notifications to your email. You will receive an email when:

There's a new message on the News tab (notifications from Crimson Circle), and you have clicked the Follow button. To stop receiving them, please click on the "Following" button.
