How can I disable email notifications from the Connection Center?

Disabling Email Notifications

To stop receiving email notifications from any space in the Connection Center, you can either stop following the News tab by clicking on the "Following" button.  

The same applies when you want to stop receiving email notifications from discussion threads.  

Disabling All Notifications

1. Click on the bell icon

2. Click on the gear icon

3. Disable "Email."  You can also choose to click on "Disable all notifications."

Preventing Direct Messages

You may also prevent someone from messaging you directly by clicking on the messages icon.  Look for the specific participant and click on the three dots icon.

Another option is clicking on the gear (on the right of the magnifying glass (2)) to change your privacy settings for receiving messages from other participants.
