How can I change the volume of a video or an audio?
To increase (or decrease) the volume level on a specific product or cloud class, here are some actions you can take:
- Check that the volume icon on the player is activated and the volume bar is full. The location of the volume icon varies with the player.
- Check the sound settings in your device (System Preferences / Settings > Sounds) and adjust the device's sound volume using the slider.
- Test in an alternative browser. We recommend trying with 2-3 major web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, or Safari.
