I don't see the Keahak program on the Connection Center
If you don't see the icon on the Connection Center, it can be due to various reasons:
- You missed the last payment: Go to the Keahak store page, check the payment calendar, and update your payment. How can I pay my next Keahak installment or partial payment?
NOTE: Please save the payment page links for future payments and make sure you pay your installments in the same language you registered at the beginning.
- You registered and have made payments in different languages. If this is your case, please contact us at keahak@crimsoncircle.com.
- You have different accounts in the store, and you are logging in with a different email than the one registered in the program. If this is your case, please contact us at keahak@crimsoncircle.com.
- There's an issue with your browser. Please check our troubleshooting article to solve this issue.
