How can I access the transcript and translations for a Cloud Class?

All transcripts (and text language translations) for a Cloud Class are uploaded into the "Read Text" tab of the Cloud Class page on the Connection Center. You will find them in an E-Reader format that cannot be downloaded or printed.

NOTES:

• We ask that you never order a product if you do not understand English well enough before the translation becomes available. (We do not extend Cloud Classes' expiration dates to accommodate for when a new translation becomes available.)

• To find out if a translation is available, please check the description page in the online store before you order. Languages available are listed under the "Highlights" section.

• You will always receive a 50% discount if you want to order a Cloud Class for a second time.

Once on the E-reader, you may use the search function (A), move to the next page (B), or use the full-screen or zoom-in functions (C)

Note: Please note that the search function only works with keywords, and not natural language questions.
