How do I find and access my Cloud Class?
After any purchase in our store, you will receive an email with the access link. If you don't see it, it may have landed in your spam folder or been blocked by your internet service provider.
However, there are other routes you can take to access your order.
Using My Connection Center

- Go to the Crimson Circle Store, and Login to your account as usual.
- Click on your name (top right corner) to open the menu and go to “My Connection Center.”
- You'll be directed to the Connection Center and all the Cloud Classes you have active.
Using the CC Store menu
Here, you can see the complete listing of your active and inactive classes.
- Go to the Crimson Circle Store, and Login to your account as usual.
- Click on your name (top right corner) to open the menu and go to “My Events & Cloud Classes.”

- You will find a dashboard with all the programs and classes you have ordered from the most recent one. To make it easier to find them, they are organized in different tabs:
- Keahak
- Cloud Classes
- In Person Events
- Depending on the type of event, click on each tab.

- The access link to your Cloud Class will be in this area immediately upon completion of your order.

- If you don't see your class, please go to the corresponding tab and then use the search function. Only those that are still active will have the "Open" link for you to access them (A). If the link says "Expired," it means the 90-day period has ended and you can no longer access the Class.

- This dashboard will also let you know how much time left (B) you have to watch the class (or when it will start for live hosted cloud classes).
Using confirmation order
At the end of the ordering process, you will have immediate access to what you have ordered by clicking on the white banner.
