How do I change my name or email address in the Crimson Circle Store?
If you want to change your email to access the Crimson Circle store (or the name you use on all our platforms), please do not create a new account. Instead, sign in with your current email, go to "My Profile Information" from the menu under your login name, and change it.
NOTE 1: If you are having issues with your multi-factor authentication code and can't get into your account to change your email, please send us a note to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com.
Here's how to do it:
Under Account Information, click on the pencil icon.
Once in the Edit account information, click on "Change Email" and then "Continue."
NOTE: If you want to change your name or password, this is also the place to do it.
Add your new email address and current password and click "Submit."
We will send you a verification code to your new email. Look for it in your inbox, and enter it in the corresponding field. Remember that this code expires after 10 minutes.
