Changing your name or photo in your Keahak Profile

This article explains how to add (or change) your name and photo in your Keahak profile. 

NOTE 1: Each Keahak program has its own profile settings, set by default to your given name. 

NOTE 2:  We recommend changing your profile on a desktop computer for easier use.

NOTE 3: If your picture appears upside down or in the wrong direction, the format may be too big. Please edit it on your device and then upload it once again.

1. Log in to your Connection Center, and go to the upper right corner of the banner. Click on the picture icon, and click “Profile.”

2. Click on “Edit Profile.”

3. For each program, you can select a nickname, which is how others will see your messages. To do so, please click “Spaces Nickname” and write your nickname in each program.  

4. Scroll down to the General section, and check that all the information is correct (first and last names here can’t be edited), country, and time zone. 

5. Scroll down further, click on “User picture,” then click on the file icon, select your file, and upload or drag and drop your picture. To finish the process, click on “Update profile.”
