Can I have a refund?

In-person events:

For workshops, classes, and other in-person events, cancellation fees and schedules can be found on the registration page for each specific event.

Digital Purchases

No refunds will be provided for digital purchases, whether audio, video, text or streaming (Cloud Class, downloadable product). If you have trouble accessing your digital purchase, please check our troubleshooting section on our Service Center.
