Why am I not getting emails from CC?
If you are not getting any email from the CC, it can be due to various reasons. Here are the most common ones and how to solve them.
Inbox settings
Your inbox settings (filters, security, spam folder) are defined so that our emails are being sent to the spam folder.
In this case, checking your spam or junk folder is a good place to start. If you see our email there, please include the Crimson Circle email address on your safelist.
Safelisting an email address ensures that emails sent from that specific address reach your Inbox instead of being marked as spam. For additional help with safelisting email addresses, please get in touch with your email service support center.
You only have to update the safelist in your email service, but sometimes you will also have to update the safelist in your security program since certain firewall and intrusion prevention security programs can also interfere (or block) with our emails. This is more likely to affect desktop-based email programs, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or AppleMail, because they sit behind the firewall for an operating system or network such as Norton or McAfee.
Here is a very comprehensive tutorial to safe listing an email.

ISP blocking
Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has decided to block Crimson Circle's emails. ISP is anyone who provides you with an email address, like Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Comcast, Verizon, Etc. These programs use spam-blocking measures to help sort through incoming emails and identify spam.
If your ISP is from a large email domain (like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Etc.) or a large ISP (like Comcast, Road Runner, Verizon, Etc.), please use one of the links above to change your email settings.
If your ISP is a smaller one, the best way to deal with this issue is to reach out to your ISP directly.
