How do I register for a Cloud Class?
To make any purchase or payment in the Crimson Circle Store, first login to your account and search for the product you wish to buy:
NOTE: You need to create an account to purchase any product in our store (even FREE products). To make a purchase of any paid product, ensure that your billing address is included in your account.
How to change my billing address
Once you've selected the Cloud Class you are interested in (and read and agreed with all the information on the store page), please follow these instructions:
1. Click ADD YOUR SELECTION.
Important: If you purchase a product or Cloud Class, and a translation becomes available later, we do not extend the expiration date. If you want a translation, please wait until it is available before purchasing the item. There are no refunds on digital items.
2. You will see a new window. Click " Me " and check that your information is correct.
NOTE: If you wish to purchase the Cloud Class for another person, please click the Someone else button.
3. Click on the Ticket Pricing button and "Confirm" when finished.
3. A small window will appear at the upper right part of your screen. Review that all information is correct, and then click on the PROCEED TO CART button. The system will take you to the Payment Information page.
Important: If your shopping cart has a Cloud Class already (or a Downloadable Product), the system will not allow you to finish the transactions. Cloud Classes and events need to be purchased separately.
Completing your purchase
1. Here, the system will take you to the Cart, which will include the items you're buying, discounts (if applicable), and the total price of your order. To continue with the process, click the "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" button.
2. You will see the Payment Information page where you choose the payment method (credit card, PayPal, store credit, gift cards, etc.). Click on the downward arrow to open each menu.
If you want to use your Store Credit or Gift Card, add the respective code in the fields.
3. When you are ready to pay, click on the Credit Card - PayPal arrow, check that your billing information is in place, and click on "CONFIRM" to place your order. On the following screen, click on "PLACE ORDER" to finish the purchase.
NOTE: The system will not process the order without a billing address.
4. When the order has been processed, you will see a "Thank you for your order" message. To access your purchase, click on the name of the product.
