I can't download the Keahak App
This guide will walk you through common installation problems step-by-step. If you get stuck, just follow the instructions carefully or ask a friend or family member for assistance.
NOTE: If you receive a notification indicating that there are no spaces available, it means that the Keahak program you registered for has not yet been uploaded to the app.
Before You Begin – Checking Your Device
Before we start, let's make sure your phone or tablet can use the app.
- Is your device compatible? The Keahak App works on most modern smartphones and tablets. If you have a very old device, it might not work. To check if your device can download it, try to download it from the app store. If it appears in the store, it should be compatible.
-
Do you have enough space? Apps need space on your device to install. You need at least 150 MB of free space to install the app. To check if you have enough:
- Android: Go to "Settings" > "Storage."
- iPhone/iPad: Go to "Settings" > "General" > "iPhone/iPad Storage."
Tip: If you're low on space, try deleting old photos, videos, or apps you don't use anymore.
