I can’t play a Keahak session offline in the app
NOTE: When a new session is posted, it will only be available for offline playback 1-3 hours after.
If you receive a notification indicating that there are no spaces available, it means that the Keahak program you registered for has not yet been uploaded to the app.
If you're having trouble listening offline to a specific session in the Keahak app, or can't download a session, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Check the limit of stored sessions
The app allows you to store up to 3 sessions on your device at a time.
If you've reached this limit, you'll need to delete one or more stored sessions before starting a new one.
Check in all the languages relevant to you.
If the issue persists, please go to this article.
Wait
There must be a 5-minute interval before storing a new session.
If you've recently stored a session, wait a few minutes before trying again.
Close background apps
Close all other apps running in the background on your phone.
This can free up memory and improve app performance.
Update your operating system
Ensure your phone’s operating system is up to date.
Compatibility issues may occur if you're running an outdated version.
Check your internet connection
To store the sessions for offline use within the app, you require a stable internet connection. T
Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa, and ensure your connection is strong and stable.
Restart the app
Sometimes, simply closing and reopening the app can resolve temporary glitches.
Restart your device
If issues persist, restart your phone to clear temporary system errors that may be affecting the app.
You can also temporarily turn on Airplane mode.
Check for app updates
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Keahak app.
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to check for updates.
