How can I set up the multi-factor authentication for my account?
The multi-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your Crimson Circle store account, which means that the store will ask you for an additional code, email, and password when logging into your account.
This will also apply whenever you need to reset your password.

NOTE: If you choose the authenticator app option, activating MFA using two devices is highly recommended to simplify the process.
Here are the steps to activate it:
Step 1: Log In
Visit the Crimson Circle store website and click "Log In."
Type in the email and password you normally use for your Crimson Circle account and click "Log In."
A new message will appear to start your MFA registration. You can click the Set-Up button to begin immediately or do it later. Please remember that if you decide to wait, you will receive reminders every time you log in until you set up MFA.
Step 2: Reset your password
The following step is a mandatory password reset to enhance the security of your account. Please remember that your new password must follow specific rules to keep your account secure.
To define your password, please select one that is at least 8 characters long, contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Make sure to save your new password somewhere secure, or use a password manager to remember it for you.

Step 3: Verify your email.
A message will appear instructing you to add a code, which we will send to your email. If you haven't received the code, click on the "Resend the code" link for the system to resend it. This link is activated one minute after the last code was sent.
Check your email inbox for an Email verification code from Crimson Circle. Just so you know, you will only need to do this once.
Add the verification code from the email to the form and click "Submit."
Step 4: Choose a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method.
To set up your MFA, you have two options:
1. Email authentication. With this option, you will receive a code from Crimson Circle in your email every time you log in.
2. Authenticator app: Here, you need to download an authenticator app to your mobile device or link an existing one to your Crimson Circle account.
- Email: Check your inbox for the code and enter it in the corresponding field to complete the login process.
- Using an authenticator app.
- You will need to select one option - Google or Microsoft.
- Scan the QR code with your device's camera, and it will take you to the App Store or Google Play to download it.
If you already have an authenticator app downloaded, go directly to step 3 (click Next on your screen).
