How can I change my Multi-Factor authentication method?
If you lost access to your authenticator app (or want to change this authentication method), you can reset the MFA process.
NOTE: Please note that this option only applies if you have the authenticator app as MFA method. If you have the email option, please send a note to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com answering one of the following questions:
Changing your MFA method
To do so, when you log in, after adding your email and password, the system will ask for the MFA code. Instead of adding the code, go to the bottom of the screen and click on "MFA troubleshooting."
The system will send you a One-time Password, that will allow you to reset your MFA.
Keep in mind that the next time you log in, the system will ask you to register for MFA once again.
If you have chosen email as the authentication method and want to change it for the app, please send us a request to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com and include an answer to one of the following questions:
- What was the last product you purchased?
- When did you make your last purchase?
- What are the last four digits of your Credit Card?
- What is your current billing address?
