How to log in using MFA?

Once you have set up Multi-Factor Authentication for your Crimson Circle account, the login process is as follows:

1. Go to the store and click on Log in

2. Type in your email and password (remember to use the new password you created when setting up MFA).

3. Go to your inbox (or your Authenticator app) and look for the code.  Ensure you are using the most recent email we sent (refresh your inbox).

If you are not receiving any email with codes, please click here.

4. Type in the code in the corresponding field.   If you have problems receiving the code, you can always click "MFA troubleshooting" to reset the MFA process and choose a different authentication method (this option only applies if you chose an authenticator App when you first configured MFA).  If you want to change from email to authenticator app, please send us a note to customerservice@crimsoncircle.com.

5. Check the box "Remember Device for 30 days."
