How can I download and use an Authenticator App?
When setting up your Multi-factor Authentication method for your account, you can use the Google Authenticator app or the Microsoft Authenticator app. Please make sure you have downloaded the app on your mobile device before starting the process.
If you already have an authenticator app downloaded, go directly to step 3 (click Next on your screen).
NOTE: We recommend using the Google and Microsoft authenticators, as they are the ones we have tested the most. However, any application that can read the QR code correctly should work. Examples include Authy, Duo, etc.
